Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of fundraising experience required.
• Capital campaign experience preferred.
• Ability to develop and manage a donor portfolio and strategic giving programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and solicit gifts of $25,000+ from individuals, businesses, and foundations.
• Lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of athletics fundraising and giving programs.
• Collaborate with campus partners to align fundraising priorities and donor engagement.
• Serve on the Senior Staff to plan and evaluate department goals and objectives.
• Provide oversight to assigned sports programs, ensuring compliance and program development.
