Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; three years of fundraising experience required.
• Five years fundraising experience preferred; capital campaign experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and solicit philanthropic gifts of $25,000+ from individuals, business, corporations and foundations.
• Lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of athletics development program including fundraising strategy, annual and planned giving, and donor engagement.
• Collaborate with campus partners to align fundraising priorities and advance campus philanthropic goals.
• Supervise athletics development staff and manage budgets to achieve departmental fundraising targets.
• Oversee sport programs as a supervisor, ensuring compliance with NCAA and institutional rules.
