Job summary

California State University, Fresno seeks a Senior Associate Athletics Director for Development to lead all fundraising activities for the Athletics Department, supervising the Bulldog Foundation team. This role ensures compliance with NCAA, Pac-12, CASE and CSU policies while coordinating prospect identification, cultivation, solicitation, gift acknowledgment, and stewardship.

The position reports to the Director of Athletics and collaborates with University Advancement to align fundraising

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all development and fundraising activities for the Department of Athletics, including supervision of fundraising staff within The Bulldog Foundation.
• The Bulldog Foundation provides funding for scholarships, student-athlete recruitment, development, facilities, and strategic initiatives.
• This role ensures department compliance with NCAA, Pac-12, CASE, and CSU policies and collaborates with University Advancement on donor lifecycle activities.
• Acts as primary liaison with The Bulldog Foundation Board of Directors and coordinates prospect management.
