Job summary

You will train staff and coaches, maintain records, assist investigations, and advise leadership to mitigate risk to eligibility. Requires experience in athletic compliance, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to work with Division I student-athletes.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of compliance experience in athletics. (<=140 chars)
• Knowledge of NCAA rules, CAi, APP, LDSBi, and Jump Forward desired. (<=140 chars)
• Outstanding writing and analytical skills required. (<=140 chars)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently. (<=140 chars)

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate NCAA, SWAC, and University rules interpretations.
• Advise on housing requirements for first-year and transfer student-athletes.
• Monitor and analyze student-athlete social media for compliance concerns.
• Provide training and education programs for athletes, staff, and coaches.
• Maintain detailed and current student records using technology.
• Lead and support investigations into potential violations.
• Keep Athletics leadership informed of all issues and actions.
• Represent compliance in committees and meetings.
