Supervisory duties are performed under the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Legal & Regulatory Affairs. The position requires strong analytical ability, cross‑functional collaboration, and experience managing compliance programs, timely reporting, and NIL

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree; 4 years of relevant experience may substitute.
• Juris Doctor or relevant Master's degree preferred.
• Four years of relevant experience required.
• Subject matter licensure may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide rules interpretations; process waivers and submit violations.
• Coordinate external-facing communications for Compliance Office.
• Monitor NCAA governance proposals and educate stakeholders.
• Manage APR, GSR, and NCAA required reports.
• Assist NIL activity and roster management.
• Support Title IX, House settlement, and related issues.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws; provide guidance to stakeholders.
• Investigate violations and prepare reinstatements and reports.
