Core4ce Careers is seeking a compliance professional to support the Associate Athletic Director for Compliance in administering NCAA Division I and conference-specific rules programs at a Florida university.

Responsibilities include monitoring rules compliance using ARMS, Banner, Slate, and other NCAA tools; preparing waivers and investigations; overseeing NLI and roster management; and delivering staff and student-athlete education on regulations.

Qualifikationen

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of one year of NCAA compliance experience at an institution, conference office or the NCAA.
• A master’s degree is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and ensure compliance with NCAA, conference, and university rules through various database systems.
• Maintain ARMS and NCAA software monitoring system by inputting data and reporting discrepancies.
• Perform documentation reviews, audits and observations in recruiting, eligibility, outside competition, and related areas.
• Assist with the rules education program by creating materials for staff, student-athletes and boosters.
• Manage the NLI program including approval, issuance and validation in the NLI portal.
• Assist with waivers and rules violation investigations as needed.
• Oversee roster management and official/unofficial visits for compliance.
