Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interpret, implement, educate, and audit NCAA, conference, Big Ten, and university rules and regulations.
• Oversee eligibility, financial aid, name, image, likeness (NIL), playing seasons, and compliance auditing for multiple programs.
• Respond to compliance questions from coaches, staff, and student-athletes, including outside regular hours when necessary.
• Collaborate with offices across campus (Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, Compliance & Integrity, Internal Audit).
