Job summary

North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC seeks a Senior Associate Director of Athletics for Compliance to lead the NCAA compliance program. You will certify student-athlete eligibility, monitor financial aid, and advise coaches and staff on NCAA rules, policies, and reporting requirements.

The role requires NCAA bylaws knowledge, LSDBi and Compliance Assistant experience, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to integrity and student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Ensure student-athlete eligibility meets NCAA/ MEAC rules and certifications.
• Coordinate with NCAA and MEAC to process eligibility, including transfers and freshmen.
• Review and certify continuing eligibility of student-athletes.
• Monitor financial aid to ensure compliance with NCAA rules.
• Provide timely compliance information and updates to Athletics staff.
