Job summary

Florida International University in Miami seeks an experienced Associate AD Compliance to supervise and oversee NCAA, Conference USA and institutional rule adherence across intercollegiate athletics. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization with eight (8) years of experience or Master's with six (6) years of experience.
Experience in NCAA Athletics Compliance at an administrative level is required.
Strong knowledge of NCAA, Conference USA, and institutional rules and policies.

Responsibilities

Provide supervision and direction to ensure compliance with NCAA, Conference USA, and institutional rules.
Serve as liaison to campus units (Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, etc.) to implement compliant processes.
Oversee eligibility certifications, NCAA reports, and surveys including Academic Progress Rates.
Develop and deliver education programs on compliance for administrators, coaches, staff, student-athletes, and boosters.
Monitor and investigate potential rule violations and provide interpretations and guidance.
