The Department of Athletics at the University of Virginia is now accepting applications for the position of Student Ticketing Assistant (Student Wage) to support the Athletics Ticket Office.
The Student Ticketing Assistant will provide assistance to the Athletics Ticket Office with various tasks in-office and on gameday related to ticket sales, customer service, and gameday needs.
The Student Ticketing Assistant will help ensure a seamless and enjoyable fan experience for those attending ticketed university events.
The day-to-day schedule can be set according to the student's class schedule; a minimum of 10-20 hours a week is preferred.
The Student Ticketing Assistant will abide and adhere to the highest confidentiality standards, as well as all NCAA, ACC, and University rules and regulations.
$13.00 hourly
10-20 hours per week between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday and Gamedays (hours can be adjusted to fit school schedule, as needed)
Business casual (Khakis, polos, etc.)
Education: Current undergrad UVA student. Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred.
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does require standing for long periods of time on gamedays.
