University of Virginia is seeking a Student Ticketing Assistant (Student Wage) to support the Athletics Ticket Office. This role handles in-office and gameday ticket sales, customer service, and related operations to ensure a smooth fan experience.

The position offers 8- to 20-hours per week with scheduling flexibility around class commitments; federal work-study eligibility is required. Pay is $13.00 per hour, with responsibilities expanding to football and basketball gameday support.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to patrons in person, on the phone, via email, etc.
• Process phone and window sales during business hours.
• Stay informed and up-to-date on all policy and events.
• Provide administrative support/run errands, as needed.
• Assist with the printing and organization of paper tickets.
• Availability for pregame assistance for Football and select Basketball games.
• Assist with crowd control, ticket seller support, and general gameday operations.
• Assist with the scanning of digital and paper tickets.
• Assist with the management of the designated student entrances.
• Provide administrative support/run errands, as needed.
