D1 Training in Gambrills, MD seeks a high-energy Fitness Sales Specialist to drive outbound prospecting, set trials, and convert leads into memberships. You’ll be the first contact for prospective athletes and guide them to the right program.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or membership sales experience.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and follow-up.
• Strong phone communications and ability to convert leads.
• Experience with CRM and lead tracking.
• Resilience to meet daily, weekly, monthly targets.
• Customer service experience helpful in fitness context.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups to new and existing leads.
• Set appointments for free trials, consultations, and workouts.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries (speed matters).
• Guide prospects through the sales process from first contact to membership.
• Recommend the right training program based on individual goals.
• Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in the CRM.
• Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
