BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Field Sales Professional to cover the Cape/Atlantic County area. The role blends home-office work with school and community-site visits, requiring 2-5 days in territory travel to manage local client relationships and maximize sales opportunities.

The position emphasizes consultative selling to coaches and athletic programs, delivering full-cycle sales from prospecting to post-sale service.

• Develop and qualify leads within the territory via prospecting and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM to support sales and customer relationships.
• Increase sales in existing accounts by selling across all sports and levels.
• Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities and pipeline growth.
• Travel within the territory to manage local client relationships.
