Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, seeks a Field Sales Professional to support schools, clubs, and community programs in the Cape/Atlantic County territory. This full-time hybrid role blends a home office with school, community, and event environments, requiring 2–5 days in the territory.

You will drive full-cycle sales—from prospecting to account management—using CRM and data insights to grow multi-sport opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) or coaching background.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative customer service to coaches in the assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads within territory through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management and activity tracking.
• Increase sales across all sports and levels.
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Travel on location within the assigned territory.
