Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, seeks a Field Sales Professional to drive territory growth by providing consultative service to coaches and school programs. You will manage full sales cycles, generate leads, and expand multi-sport penetration while traveling locally 2–5 days weekly and maintaining CRM records.

The role operates in a hybrid setup with evenings and weekends possible, focusing on local schools and organizations within Camden County, NJ.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• 3+ years B2B outside sales or coaching background in sports.
• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative customer service to coaches in territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads within territory via outreach campaigns.
• Build strong relationships and manage accounts in the CRM.
• Maintain pipeline with in-person engagement across local schools and programs.
• Travel 2–5 days a week within territory; some overnights.
