Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY in Ocean County, NJ, is hiring a Field Sales Professional for a hybrid role. You will manage local client relationships, generate new business, and drive cross-sport sales in schools and clubs within the territory.

The position requires 3+ years in B2B outside sales or coaching background, and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle. Competitive base salary with incentives and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience or coaching/sports background.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class consultative service to coaches within the territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Qualify leads via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, accounts, and activity tracking.
• Grow sales across all sports in existing accounts.
• Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities.
• Travel locally within the territory 2–5 days per week.
