Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, seeks a Field Sales Professional in the Camden County, NJ area. The hybrid role covers local schools and community programs, with 2-5 days in territory and evenings/weekends potentially required.

You will manage full-cycle sales from prospecting to post-sale service, leveraging CRM tools and data insights to grow multi-sport penetration. Expect a base draw of $60,000–$75,000 annually with potential performance incentives.

Responsibilities

• Navigate CRM to support sales and customer relationship efforts.
• Increase sales in existing accounts by selling across all sports and levels.
