Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, is seeking a Field Sales Professional to drive full-cycle sales across a territory of schools and athletic programs in the Lehigh Valley, PA. This hybrid role combines home-office and on-site engagement with local travel, including evenings and weekends as required.

You will cultivate relationships, prospect new clients, and manage accounts using CRM tools to expand multi-sport penetration and build a robust sales pipeline. A vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience or coaching background.
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance.
• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative customer service to coaches in assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Qualify leads through cold-calling and campaigns.
