Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in facilities or sports management is a plus.
• Experience in managing athletic equipment and facilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with departments and vendors.
• Basic mechanical skills for assembling and maintaining equipment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate athletic vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assemble equipment upon arrival and address items flagged by facilities.
• Maintain athletic equipment and coordinate with the facilities team for support.
• Manage equipment room operations and oversee vendor relationships.
• Oversee maintenance of athletic vehicles (tractor/gator) and fuel as needed.
• Set up for practices and games and distribute uniforms and gear as required.
• Assist with game-day operations, including clocks and scoreboards.
