Job summary

Must have a Bachelor's degree and 3 years in facilities or event operations; a Master’s and supervisory experience are preferred. Strong A/V, inventory, and scheduling software skills are valued.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of full-time experience with facilities and/or event operations.
  • Master's degree preferred. Supervisory experience and experience with student events, inventory, facilities inspections, A/V equipment troubleshooting, scheduling software (25Live, CVENT, EventBrite, Social Tables, Collaborate). Proficiency with Microsoft or Google Apps.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain safe and operational facilities for two student centers with a focus on event day operations.
  • Oversee weekend/night programming and supervise undergraduate/graduate staff and interns.
  • Coordinate with campus partners, vendors, and emergency services to ensure security and safety.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills, working independently and in a team.
