Job summary

Alpha seeks a full-time on-campus leader to coach Guides, run life-skills workshops, and drive continuous improvement using performance data. You will mentor coaches, deliver programs for K-8 students, and ensure high standards across cohorts.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, leadership, and a culture that builds confidence, resilience, and real-world skills beyond academics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, youth leadership, or related field.
• Experience leading a team of five or more adults with performance-based decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Guides to deliver Alpha's coaching model with consistency, energy, and standards.
• Lead life skills workshops covering communication, focus, feedback, leadership, and resilience for K-8 students.
• Use performance data to identify coaching opportunities and drive measurable improvements weekly.
• Lead motivation sessions to help students own ambitious goals and achieve them.
• Maintain your own student cohort and model coaching excellence and accountability.
