Job summary

Alpha seeks a Camp Director who will coach Guides and students using performance data and classroom observations. You’ll lead workshops for K-3 students in essential life skills, drive coaching sessions, and build playbooks to raise the entire team’s performance while mentoring Guides.

You will be in classrooms, not offices, and you’ll shape future Guides while documenting effective methods to scale success across Alpha campuses. This is a hands-on leadership role with high expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with elementary-aged children.
• Experience leading teams, performance management, and hiring decisions.
• Proven success using data and measurable outcomes to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students using performance data to achieve improvements.
• Facilitate workshops for K-3 students on essential life skills.
• Lead coaching sessions connecting motivation to academic growth.
• Build repeatable coaching playbooks to raise team performance.
• Train and mentor Guides, modeling exceptional coaching daily.
