Qualifications

• Flexible availability - nights, weekends and holidays.
• Prior retail sales experience or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Golf experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15–35 lbs repetitively (up to 25 times/hour).
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store execution of brand standards and department goals.
• Coach and develop teammates; participate in interviewing and onboarding.
• Maintain merchandising, floor sets, price changes and inventory presentation.
• Support store leadership with supervision and daily operations.
• Plan and coordinate 30-day work plans with the Assistant Store Manager.
