Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear product knowledge and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Help develop 30-60-90 day plans and oversee store operations, staffing, and leadership duties.
• Communicate goals, assign workload, and adjust plans to meet athlete traffic and payroll goals.
• Build and lead a strong team through hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and policies, and hold teammates accountable.
