Job summary

You will collaborate with store leadership to plan 30-60-90 day priorities, manage schedules, and lead a team to achieve department goals while ensuring a welcoming, inclusive store environment for athletes of all abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs and providing accurate product information.
• Uphold merchandising standards, floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label card enrollment.
• Collaborate with store leadership to develop 30-60-90 day department plans and priorities.
• Create effective schedules and optimize staffing to meet athlete traffic and goals.
• Lead and develop a strong team, including coaching, feedback, and performance management.
