Qualifications

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging shoppers and providing clear, knowledgeable product information.
• Anticipates athlete needs and drives sales through recommendations and product knowledge.
• Onboards and trains team members as a subject matter expert for store operations and processes.
• Serves as go-to expert in designated process areas to ensure smooth execution and high productivity.
• Maintains merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, pricing, and replenishment.
• Promotes customer participation in company programs and drives loyalty participation.
