Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide clear, accurate product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert.
• Ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase and that athletes are engaged when and where they want.
• Upholds merchandising standards by following floor set plans, signage, pricing, and inventory presentation.
