Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR operations or people operations experience.
• Deep experience with HRIS, ATS, and HR technology platforms.
• Experience evaluating AI-enabled HR solutions with data privacy in mind.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations strategy and onboarding, HRIS admin, benefits coordination, and compliance.
• Oversee annual HR programs, performance management, and talent processes with cross-functional partners.
• Govern ADP Workforce Now and other HR tech configurations for scalable processes.
• Drive onboarding experience and manager enablement across the organization.
• Develop scalable HR service delivery and operational metrics.
