Job summary

knownwell is a remote-first health care company delivering weight management and obesity care via in-clinic and virtual services. We are building a team to implement and support athenaOne, Nabla, and Impilo with a focus on practical training and strong clinical workflows.

The Clinical Systems Specialist will run remote and in-person trainings, document workflows, and provide ongoing support to ensure teams are proficient in using critical clinical software, with travel up to 15% for new clinic

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on athenaOne implementation, training, or support experience.
• Experience delivering remote software training and onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent technical writing and training materials development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions on athenaOne, Nabla, Impilo, and other software used by knownwell. Training will be delivered remotely and, when necessary, in person.
• Document workflows for all systems and roll out updated procedures to team members; monitor adoption.
• Provide ongoing workflow support and troubleshooting to staff across systems.
