Zusammenfassung

Privia Health is seeking a Senior Platform Specialist to support athenaOne for Privia Medical Group clinicians. You will understand business needs, configure athenaNet content, resolve complex issues, and lead initiatives. Remote and on-site support may be involved.

You will maintain platform standards, train users, and collaborate with the Privia Clinical IT team to ensure successful project delivery across ambulatory settings.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years clinical and/or managed care experience.
• 2+ years experience with EHR configuration and customization; athenaNet preferred.
• Understanding of clinical terminology.
• Experience in ambulatory healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of ambulatory healthcare operations including referrals, scheduling, registration, check-in, insurance and patient billing.
• Experience using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites).
• Solid understanding of healthcare informatics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.

Aufgaben

• Act as Clinical Informatics SME to improve efficiencies and support athenaNet-related issues.
• Document, track, and resolve athenaNet issues within SLA.
• Assist with testing and troubleshooting athenaNet configurations.
• Lead medium to large projects and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide remote EHR support for clinicians when needed.
• Configure and customize athenaOne for end-users.
• Train end-users on athena functionalities and maintain process docs.
