Cascade Living Group in Bremerton, WA seeks an Associate Wellness Director RN to lead and coordinate resident care, ensuring the highest quality service. You will maintain an active RN license, participate in training for medication administration, and support a compassionate care environment for residents and families.

This role requires strong communication, ownership, and time-management skills, with availability for evenings and weekends.

What we look for in an Associate Wellness Director RN:

• Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nursing License (RN)

• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner

• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families

• Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day

• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends

• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines

• Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration

$95,000 - $110,000/annually
