Job summary

Cascade Living Group’s Regency Park memory care community seeks a dedicated Memory Care Associate Wellness Director LPN in Portland, Oregon. The role focuses on medication management, skilled nursing procedures, and resident-centered care in a memory care setting.

You will support personal care plans, supervise staff, and promote wellness through education and quality assurance. This is a full-time exempt position requiring weekend availability.

Job description

As the Memory Care Associate Wellness Director LPN at Regency Park, you’ll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

• Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
