Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Job Summary:

In this position, you will report to the Direct Delivery (DPO COE) organization and support engineering project teams on ALM tools related topics such as tool rollout, configuration, and training.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to work effectively across functional and geographic boundaries.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support for ALM tools, troubleshoot user issues, create new users and projects, monitor usage, and support customization and integration.
• Support deployment, upgrades, and migration of ALM tools across multiple projects and time zones.
• Develop and automate scripts, extract reports, and support configuration management.
• Support testing, validation, and documentation of environment upgrades and new functionalities.
• Coordinate with technical teams for infrastructure support and ensure best practices in tool usage.

Must Have Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience with ALM tools like Microfocus QC, ALM, or Octane, including setup and maintenance.
• Proficiency in tool configuration, troubleshooting, SQL, and scripting.
• Experience with project rollout, integration, and managing upgrades.
• Effective collaboration with engineering, project management, and IT teams.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
