Job Summary:

In this position, you will report to the Direct Delivery (DPO COE) organization and support engineering project teams on ALM tools related topics such as tool rollout, configuration, and training.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to work effectively across functional and geographic boundaries.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support for ALM tools, troubleshoot issues, and create new users and projects.
• Monitor usage, support customization, and work with engineering teams on tool support.
• Support deployment, upgrades, and migration of ALM tools.
• Develop scripts and automation, extract dashboards, and support audit reports.
• Pilot new tools, support multiple projects across time zones, and perform administrative tasks.
• Configure and customize ALM environments, develop workflows, and ensure system performance.

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience with ALM tools like Microfocus QC, ALM, or Octane.
• Proficiency in tool configuration, troubleshooting, SQL, scripting, and integration.
• Experience in project deployment, upgrades, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder updates.
