Right Hire Consulting LLC seeks an ALM Tools Support Engineer to join the Direct Delivery (DPO COE) team. You will provide expert support for Application Lifecycle Management tools, including deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, user support, and automation to boost project efficiency.
Responsibilities include managing users/projects, tailoring workflows, building dashboards, and ensuring smooth integrations with other systems.
Competenze
- Strong knowledge of Microfocus QC/ALM/Octane tools.
- Experience in ALM tool administration, troubleshooting, and customization.
- Expertise in SQL queries, scripting, and automation.
- Understanding of software development, configuration management, and change control processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Mansioni
- Troubleshoot user-reported ALM issues and provide resolutions.
- Create users and projects, configure ALM tools, monitor usage.
- Tailor tools to project requirements, including workflows, alerts, dashboards.
- Develop user guides and conduct training on ALM best practices.
- Support automation of repetitive tasks and tool scripting.
- Generate dashboards, charts, and audit reports for teams.
- Ensure integration of ALM tools with other systems and oversee migrations.
- Monitor and manage centralized ALM services and licenses.
