Qualifications
10-12 years of experience in ALM/Systems Engineering.
Good understanding of systems engineering processes.
Work with ALM tools in areas such as implementation, consulting, functional, admin, customization, and support.
Experience with requirements management systems (e.g. DOORS, Polarion, PTC Integrity, etc.). Elicit and decompose requirements as per international standards.
Understand system engineering processes including SysML, regulated system delivery, change management, and optimization.
Knowledge of FMEA, ASPICE, and automotive quality standards.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to leverage additional qualification advantages (e.g., Requirements Engineering certification such as IREB/ INCOSE).
Understanding of systems engineering V-model.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related field, with at least 10 to 12 years of experience in ALM/Systems Engineering.
Experience in ALM tools across various areas: implementation, consulting, functional, admin, customization, support.
Good understanding of systems engineering processes including SysML and regulated system delivery, change and optimization.
