Job summary

SOL Mental Health is hiring therapists to provide outpatient therapy and support clients while pursuing full licensure with built-in supervision. The role offers rapid onboarding, professional development, and a collaborative team in Alexandria, VA.

You'll receive a guaranteed base salary of $60,000–$75,000 plus clinical hour-based incentives, plus comprehensive benefits including 401(k) with match, CEU budget, and paid time off. Office on-site in Alexandria with strong support services.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct clinical care; internship counts.
• Pursuing VA licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) is acceptable.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to grow clinically.

What You Bring

• Pre-Independently licensed in VA (working toward LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC )
• Experience in direct clinical care(Internship experience counts)
