Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support WEBICE customers across the Americas from Houston. The TAM will build relationships, train users, and relay customer feedback to product teams. The role requires knowledge of futures/options and capital markets.

Travel is required; strong presentation and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this on-site position in Houston.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Knowledge of Capital Markets (Exchange/OTC) and derivatives is preferred.
Pro-active approach to calling customers, managing time, and scheduling visits.
Familiarity with trading tools and market data systems.

Responsibilities

Support clients using the WEBICE trading application and related products.
Build and maintain relationships with new and current users through training and site visits.
Become an expert in WEBICE content and functionality.
Channel customer feedback to product and technology teams.
Understand customer workflows and toolsets, including ICE offerings.
Present at a high level to traders, quants, and risk managers in finance.
Conduct training sessions and explore cross-sell opportunities for ICE solutions.
Document gaps and feed roadmap discussions with product teams.
Travel to client sites as required.
