Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join AWS Enterprise Support. You will serve as the principal technical advisor, guiding customers through design, deployment and optimization of AWS services, and working with engineers to resolve issues.

This role emphasizes proactive planning, risk management, and executive communication; travel about 10% or more is required; prior experience in 24x7 operations and customer-facing leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to AWS Enterprise Support, coordinating with engineers to resolve issues and drive customer outcomes.
• Proactively craft and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services (EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, IoT, and more).
