The role blends analytics, social listening, and performance measurement to drive strategic decisions across paid, owned, earned, and influencer channels. You will lead client-facing analytics, build scalable reporting, and partner with Strategy, Account, Analytics, and Media teams to deliver actionable insights that elevate client work and internal operations.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years' experience in analytics or marketing analytics.
• Experience in social analytics, listening, and performance measurement across paid/owned/earned/influencer channels.
• Ability to distill data into actionable client-facing insights.

Responsibilities

• Integrate analytics, social listening, and consumer intelligence into strategic planning and campaign development.
• Lead social listening initiatives including trend identification and sentiment analysis.
• Develop scalable measurement frameworks and KPI structures across channels.
• Build automated reporting solutions delivering timely insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with data and technology teams to improve data collection, reporting workflows, and dashboards.
• Translate analyses into recommendations informing marketing and business decisions.
• Create client-ready presentations and executive summaries.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and data quality across deliverables.
• Present insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve analytics processes across the organization.
• Explore AI-powered tools and emerging tech to enhance analytics.
