Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience in analytics and strategy for social marketing.
• Strong experience in social analytics, listening, and performance measurement across paid/owned/earned/influencer.
• Ability to translate data into actionable client recommendations.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Comfort presenting insights to senior clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Integrate analytics into strategic planning and campaign development.
• Lead social listening, trend identification, sentiment analysis, and cultural insights.
• Create scalable measurement frameworks and KPI structures across all channels.
• Develop automated reporting delivering timely, actionable insights.
• Collaborate with data, analytics, and technology teams to improve data workflows.
• Analyze performance data and translate findings into recommendations.
• Prepare client-ready dashboards and executive summaries.
• Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy across deliverables.
• Serve as client-facing analytics lead and present insights to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve analytics processes and operations.
