Job summary

ICF Olson is seeking an Associate ServiceNow Developer to configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications for client projects in the United States. You will collaborate with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to translate business needs into effective ServiceNow designs and solutions.

Responsibilities include data migration, system integration, testing, documentation, and user training, along with change management, incident resolution, and ongoing learning to stay current

Qualifications

• 6 months or more experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• ServiceNow mainline certification with preference for ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Solution Discovery & Design: understand business outcomes and align with ServiceNow designs.
• Technical Implementation: implement ServiceNow solutions per designed requirements.
• Data Migration: migrate data from legacy systems to ServiceNow with accuracy.
• Integration Management: integrate ServiceNow with other systems.
• Technical Documentation: document configurations, data schemas, and decisions.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: thoroughly test configurations for functionality and data integrity.
• User Training: assist end-user training for smooth adoption.
• Change Management: support changes during transition and address inquiries.
• Incident and Problem Resolution: troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Security and Compliance: adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Continuous Learning: stay updated on ServiceNow features and best practices.
• Collaboration and Communication: coordinate with project managers and stakeholders.
