Job summary

ICF Olson is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and support solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You'll partner with stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable applications, visualizations, and workflows that drive value.

At the senior level, you will work independently while providing leadership and mentorship to the team. Expect emphasis on best practices, performance, and reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Federal Public Trust.
• Must reside in the U.S. and work on a federal contract.
• Strong scripting, architecture, and platform best practices.

Responsibilities

• Application Design & Development: Build out a custom scoped application and visualizations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Maintain ServiceNow applications, components, workflows, and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Platform Development & Customization using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Configure workflows, business rules, and UIs; build responsive interfaces with AngularJS, React, HTML5, and CSS.
