Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with training requirements.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Engage in consultative communication to help clients and build trust.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for convenient access.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions with the team for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
