Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field, or 4+ years of work experience.
• 1+ years of project management experience, preferably in tech or security.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and project scheduling.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Smartsheets, Jira, Asana, Salesforce; basic security tech knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and coordinating project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resources.
• Support managers in developing plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication between project teams and local leaders.
• Conduct risk assessments and contribute to mitigation strategies.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, notes, and presentations.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to problem solving.
• Maintain project management tools and track milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement security solutions.
