Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field, or 4+ years of work experience.
• 1+ years of experience in project management or related role, preferably in tech or security.
• Familiarity with PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Schedule Management).
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating project activities (scheduling, budgeting, resources).
• Support PMs in developing plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication between project teams and local business operation leaders.
• Conduct risk assessments and help develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare project documentation (reports, meeting notes, presentations).
• Maintain PM tools and systems to track milestones.
