Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1+ years of project management experience in technology or security.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall, plus scheduling and budgeting basics.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Proficiency with Smartsheets, Jira, Asana, Salesforce.
• Basic understanding of physical security technologies.
• Security platform certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with physical security technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Support project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication between project teams and local business operation leaders.
• Conduct project risk assessments and contribute to mitigation strategies.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, including reports and meeting notes.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
• Maintain project management tools and systems to track milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of security solutions.
