Job summary

The role supports the Program Manager in achieving cost, schedule, technical, and contractual objectives. You will help with risk management, vendor coordination, onboarding of new team members, and development of program procedures to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in program management and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to travel and work outside core hours.

Responsibilities

• Participates in program planning and documenting.
• Develops and maintains status and visibility tools; provides analysis and recommendations about program performance.
• Assists with oversight and coordination of vendor activities and communication.
• Comprehends and monitors assigned aspects of a program and reports status.
• Coordinates or assists with coordinating program reviews and meetings.
• Organizes and facilitates communications between the customer and GTI personnel, including official document submittals and coordination memos.
• Provides leadership and coordination of team-based solutions to program issues.
• Manages onboarding of new program team members to ensure quicker effectiveness.
• Develops methods and procedures for managing programs.
• Assists with program change orders and procurement status as required.
• Maintains program performance tools and supports risk & opportunity identification.
• Assists with final inspection and closing processes.
