Axos Bank seeks an Associate Program Manager to scale and optimize consumer deposit offerings. You will own end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, align stakeholders across Product, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Risk, Technology and Customer Service, and drive measurable business impact.

You will translate objectives into roadmaps, develop dashboards with data teams, and monitor key metrics like deposit growth and customer onboarding.

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field required.
• 3+ years in program management, business operations, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across the Consumer Deposits business, from planning through execution and post-launch optimization.
• Define timelines, milestones, and success metrics while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Customer Service teams.
• Establish, monitor, and report on key business metrics including deposit growth, account acquisition, funding rates, and retention.
• Translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps to grow consumer deposit products and services.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding, funding processes, and customer experience.
• Support launches of new products, features, and enhancements with measurable impact.
• Continuously evaluate performance data and customer feedback to drive improvements.
• Develop business cases and ROI assessments to prioritize initiatives.
• Partner with data teams to develop dashboards and insights for visibility.
