Job summary

Axos Bank is seeking a Digital Channel Optimization Manager to maximize borrower leads across home, personal, auto loans and beyond. You will own audience strategies, manage affiliate partnerships, oversee paid media execution, and drive data-driven targeting through our CDP and data cloud platforms.

In this role you will translate data into actionable campaigns, optimize cost per funded loan, and collaborate with Marketing Tech and Engineering to expand capabilities and improve loan growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred.
• 4–7+ years of digital marketing, paid media, MarTech, or demand generation experience with hands-on affiliate marketing and media buying.
• Experience with CDPs, tag management, audience intelligence platforms, and marketing automation tools.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, attribution tracking, and UTM governance.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret funnel performance and optimize conversions.
• Experience managing lead generation programs, webinars, email nurture campaigns, paid search, and geo-targeted marketing.
• Knowledge of CRO, growth marketing, audience segmentation, and testing methodologies.
• Proven success in developing affiliate/referral/co-marketing partnerships that drive pipeline.
• Excellent communication; experience in regulated industries (financial services) preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Tableau, CTV platforms, and other marketing technology solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage CDP audience tagging, badge configuration, audience development, and data governance.
• Support CDP and Salesforce Data Cloud integrations; ensure accurate signal capture and Reporting integrity.
• Develop and activate audience strategies for targeting, suppression, retargeting, and personalization.
• Identify, negotiate, onboarding and manage affiliate, referral, co‑marketing, and business development partnerships.
• Ensure affiliate compliance, brand standards, and performance optimization across programs.
• Coordinate campaign execution and vendor relationships across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Monitor channel performance; optimize budgets and improve lead generation, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.
• Own lead generation and loan origination reporting with attribution models and cost metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing Tech and Engineering to expand CDP capabilities and borrower scoring.
• Apply CRO strategies and plan webinars, email nurture, lifecycle campaigns, and geo‑targeted marketing.
